At our meeting on 13th October, David, Sally, Madison, Silviu and Noah told us what the office, the tutors and the marketing side need. This walkthrough shows how the new system would look and work, one screen at a time, with each of those points beside the screen that answers it.
This is a concept, not the finished system, and nothing in it is live. The photos, course names, prices and course text are your own, from cbwa.co.uk. The customers, dates and amounts in the office screens are made-up examples to show how things work. Where something still needs your decision, such as your refund terms or which finance providers you use, the screen says so.

Short emails for every action, with the detail in a PDF cover letter.
The customer gets an email showing what it was and what it is now. The invoice doesn't change.
Each course has its own box. Whatever's in it goes into that course's cover letter.
Sent emails show exactly as the customer saw them, never as code.
Every course running, who's teaching it, and who's on it.
